Do I need technical skills to set up an integration?
Not at all. Each integration is set up through a guided connection flow. You authorize access to your event platform or data source, select the event or spreadsheet, and Online Badge Designer handles the rest. No coding or API knowledge is required.
How often does attendee data sync?
Direct integrations like Eventbrite and Google Sheets sync in real time. When a new attendee registers or data is updated, the change is reflected in your badge project automatically. Zapier-based integrations trigger on the schedule you configure in your Zap.
Can I use multiple integrations on the same event?
Yes. You can connect multiple data sources to a single event. For example, you might import your primary attendee list from Eventbrite while also pulling VIP guest details from a Google Sheet. The badge designer merges all sources into one unified attendee list.
Is my data secure when using integrations?
All integrations use OAuth 2.0 or secure API tokens for authentication. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely. You can revoke access to any connected platform at any time from your account settings.
What if the integration I need is not listed?
The Zapier integration connects Online Badge Designer with over 5,000 apps, so there is a good chance your tool is already supported. You can also import attendee data via CSV upload as a universal fallback. If you have a specific integration request, contact our support team.
