How do I submit my attendee list for personalization?
Upload a CSV file with your attendee data directly in the badge designer. Map columns to badge fields like name, title, company, and custom fields. Each badge is generated automatically from your data.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard orders ship within two business days of approval. Expedited next-day processing is available for an additional fee. Shipping times depend on your location and selected carrier, but domestic orders typically arrive within three to five business days.
Can I proof the badges before they ship?
Yes. After you finalize your design and upload your attendee list, we generate a digital proof showing sample badges. You review and approve the proof before printing begins.
What paper stock and finish options are available?
We offer 14pt and 16pt cardstock in matte and glossy finishes. For events that require extra durability, laminated and waterproof options are also available. Contact us for specialty materials.
Do you include badge holders or lanyards?
Badge holders, lanyards, and clips can be ordered as add-ons. We offer clear vinyl holders, retractable reels, and branded lanyards in a range of colors.
What if I need to make changes after placing an order?
Changes can be made free of charge before the order enters production. Once printing has started, we can reprint affected badges and ship them separately at a reduced rate.
