Eventbrite Integration

Design & Print Badges for Your Eventbrite Events

Connect your Eventbrite account and import attendee data with a single click. Design custom badges for every ticket type, auto-sync new registrations, and print professional name badges without touching a spreadsheet.

How the Eventbrite Integration Works

A direct connection between your Eventbrite events and the badge designer, keeping attendee data accurate from registration to print.

One-Click Attendee Import

Authorize your Eventbrite account, select an event, and import the full attendee list instantly. Names, emails, companies, ticket types, and custom questions all come through.

Auto-Sync New Registrations

As new attendees register on Eventbrite, their data flows into your badge project automatically. No manual re-imports or CSV updates needed.

Ticket Type Badge Mapping

Assign different badge designs to different ticket types. VIP guests, speakers, general attendees, and staff each get a distinct badge layout and color scheme.

Custom Field Support

Any custom questions you collect during Eventbrite registration are imported as data fields. Map them to badge elements like dietary preferences, session tracks, or company names.

Real-Time Data Accuracy

Attendee updates on Eventbrite, such as name corrections or ticket upgrades, are reflected in your badge project in real time. Always print with the latest data.

Bulk PDF Export

Generate a single, print-ready PDF containing every attendee badge. Organized by ticket type, alphabetical order, or any custom sort to streamline your printing workflow.

Benefits of Connecting Eventbrite to Your Badge Workflow

Stop exporting CSVs and manually formatting attendee data. Let the integration handle the data so you can focus on design.

1

Eliminate Manual Data Entry

No more downloading CSV files from Eventbrite, cleaning up columns, and re-uploading. Attendee data flows directly into your badge project with fields already mapped.

2

Always Up-to-Date Attendee Lists

Late registrations and cancellations update automatically. Print badges at any time knowing the attendee list matches exactly what Eventbrite shows.

3

Distinct Badges per Ticket Type

Differentiate speakers from sponsors, VIPs from general admission, and volunteers from staff. Each group gets a unique badge design that makes identification effortless on the event floor.

4

Faster Event Setup

What used to take hours of spreadsheet formatting now takes minutes. Import, design, and generate all badges in a single streamlined workflow.

5

Fewer Errors at Registration

Because data comes directly from Eventbrite, there are no copy-paste mistakes, no missing attendees, and no mismatched names. Every badge is accurate.

6

Works with Free and Paid Events

The integration supports all Eventbrite event types, whether free RSVPs, paid ticketed events, or multi-session conferences with complex registration forms.

Eventbrite Integration FAQs

How do I connect my Eventbrite account?
From your Online Badge Designer dashboard, navigate to Integrations, select Eventbrite, and click Connect. You will be redirected to Eventbrite to authorize access. Once approved, your events appear in the badge designer and you can import attendees immediately.
Does the integration support multiple Eventbrite events?
Yes. After connecting your account, you can select any event from your Eventbrite organization. Create separate badge projects for each event or import attendees from multiple events into a single project if you are running a multi-day conference.
What attendee fields are imported from Eventbrite?
The integration imports first name, last name, email, company, job title, ticket type, order date, and any custom questions defined in your Eventbrite registration form. All imported fields are available as data placeholders in the badge designer.
Can I design different badges for different ticket types?
Absolutely. You can create multiple badge templates within a single project and assign each template to a specific ticket type. For example, VIP tickets get a gold-accented badge while general admission gets a standard design.
What happens if an attendee cancels or gets a refund on Eventbrite?
The sync detects cancellations and refunds. Cancelled attendees are flagged in your badge project so you do not print badges for them. You can choose to hide or retain cancelled records based on your preference.
Is there a limit on the number of attendees I can import?
There is no hard limit on the integration itself. The number of badges you can generate depends on your Online Badge Designer plan. All plans support importing the full attendee list from any Eventbrite event.
